Since 2017, Rayhaneh Pharmaceutical Company has implemented Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and was awarded ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certificates by AGS company in 2018. In 2021, the company obtained Quality Management System certificate based on ISO 9001:2015, Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate based on ISO 45001:2018, Environmental Management System certificate based on ISO 14001:2015, Customer Complaint Handling System certificate based on ISO 10002:2018 and certificate of Customer Satisfaction Management System based on ISO 10004:2018 from the international institution, BRSM. All these were possible with the efforts and participation of all personnel and support from senior management and scored another achievement in the company’s profile.
The company obtained the GMP certificate from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in 2017 by using state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure and specialized manpower in the production of pharmaceutical products in compliance with cGMP and national and international standards and regulations. The GMP certificate has been renewed every year by the full participation of all employees, oversight and provision of resources by senior management aimed at improving GMP conditions. Therefore, it produces and supplies the best pharmaceutical products with optimal efficacy and stability by strictly adhering to cGMP and PIC/S guidelines in the manufacturing and quality control of medicines based on international standards.
